Ms. Burfeindt has worked in the health care field for more than 18 years. She is currently responsible for the operations of the Presbyterian Senior Living communities across Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and Ohio, as well as the programs and services provided to residents in independent living and affordable housing properties.
Donna Casner

Ms. Casner joined Presbyterian Senior Living in 1999 and has since held various positions within the Finance and Accounting department. As Controller, she is responsible for oversight of the accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budget and cost reporting functions. Prior to her tenure with our organization, she worked as a consultant with KPMG's Senior Care Services practice focusing on reimbursement issues for skilled nursing facilities throughout the U.S. She is currently an active member on LeadingAge PA's Financial Issues Committee.
Dan Davis
Vice President of Operations – Continuing Care Communities

Mr. Davis has responsibility for the supervision of our Continuing Care Retirement Communities in Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware in addition to oversight of the Presbyterian Senior Living dining services programs. He has previously worked as both an Executive Director and a Health Care Administrator. He is an active member of LeadingAge PA and currently serves as the President of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter. He also is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Oklahoma City University and has a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership from Shippensburg University.

Ms. Hess joined Presbyterian Senior Living in 2001 with more than 35 years of experience in strategic planning, product development, sales, communications, advertising and research in both long-term care and acute rehab hospital settings. She is responsible for supporting operations in the areas of census development, customer satisfaction measures, product and service development, brand positioning, promotional campaigns and communications/public relations.
Laurel Shaffer

Ms. Shaffer has worked within the not-for-profit sector for more than 25 years, spending the majority of her tenure in professional fundraising. Currently, she is Vice President of Mission Support for Presbyterian Senior Living. Her responsibilities include coordination and supervision of all fundraising and volunteer efforts.
Louise Sobke

Ms. Sobke has been with Presbyterian Senior Living since 2004. She has over 30 years of experience in nursing and health care related services. She is responsible for oversight of clinical programming for the Personal Care and Skilled Nursing Centers. She also is the Risk Manager for the organization.
Earl Ash Evens

Mr. Evens joined Presbyterian Senior Living in 2011 to lead development of Home and Community Services. Prior to joining the organization, Mr. Evens spent over 25 years in Health Care leadership positions in Pittsburgh, PA serving as the President and CEO of several start-up organizations including AdvaCare Home Services, the Faith-Based Network and E-Squared Solutions, LLC. Mr. Evens has served on a number of community Boards and is currently the Treasurer of the Pennsylvania LIFE Providers Alliance (PALPA).
