Dover, Del. — Residents at Dover’s Westminster Village retirement community took a symbolic step Wednesday as they crossed a faux wooden bridge and at the end were greeted by the community’s executive director, Mary Ann Poling, who would say to each of them, “Congratulations on crossing the bridge to more purposeful living.”
