More Than Just a Patio Home, It's a Distinctive Way of Living

Comfortable and Distinct Patio Homes

Our patio homes are as distinct as those who live in them. As with all our senior living accommodations, you'll have access to our on-site complimentary design assistance to help customize your new patio home to your liking. A great choice for those wishing to downsize, our patio homes offer the style of living you've grown accustomed to—without all the maintenance.

Free groundskeeping is included, in addition to an outdoor garden space for those avid gardeners. With several styles of homes to choose from—ranging from 672 sq. ft. one-bedrooms, 875 sq. ft. two-bedrooms, and 1,400+ sq. ft. two-bedrooms with den—you will feel right at home.
