Meet The Long Community at Highland Leadership Team
You can stop any one of our residents and ask them about the dedication of The Long Community at Highland staff. Every employee who works for our network of communities has made a commitment to care and to serve. Whether it’s a simple smile or fulfilling a more complex service, our people are here to support you with the full resources of our community behind them.

Stephanie manages the marketing and admissions for Independent Living and Personal Care at the Long Community at Highland.
As the Sales Director at The Long Community at Highland, Stephanie invites prospective residents and families in to the community to tour, have lunch, and also meet other residents that currently live within the campus. Prior to a resident’s move in, Stephanie gives them an opportunity to attend “lunch and learn” events, informational seminars with local senior centered businesses, and to participate in transition events to ensure that the residents and their families are fully prepared for a smooth transition into the community. These events also provide a chance for residents to meet their neighbors before actually moving into the campus. Stephanie enjoys working with seniors and assisting them with anything that she can prior to their move in.
