Did You Know?

In Dover and its surrounding communities, the accessibility of transitional care for patients  leaving the hospital with complex medical issues  is not readily available. In fact, area residents  most often utilize such services in Christiana or Milford to assist them in this transition. These locales pose a challenge for seniors and their  families with regard to transportation and time  required to visit and support their loved one. Distance can be a daunting barrier for those challenged by transportation or time. Get the facts.
