Dear Residents, Villagers, and Team Members,
As autumn brings change and renewal, I am grateful for the momentum carrying Presbyterian Senior Living forward. Across our communities, we continue to strengthen the resident experience, invest in our people, and prepare thoughtfully for PSL’s next chapter.
Our commitment to being both the Provider of Choice and the Employer of Choice remains central to our work. PSL continues to see improvement in retaining team members and have had a net gain of 61 team members year to date. Independent Living occupancy reached 94.6%, Future Resident Club memberships reached 203, and agency staffing utilization declined to 6%. These results reflect the dedication of team members and leaders throughout PSL.
This fall also brings an important addition to our leadership team. Brian Lynch will join PSL as Chief Human Resources Officer on November 2. His experience in healthcare human resources, culture, leadership development, and workforce strategy will strengthen our efforts to attract, develop, and retain exceptional team members.
We continue to advance purposeful growth at Cathedral Village. Pembrook Gardens has moved into construction documents and final site engineering, supported by continued resident and neighborhood engagement. Phase One is planned as 30 hybrid-style residences in two buildings. PSL has also approved an approximately $5.6 million renovation of Cathedral Village’s second-floor dining venues, with construction planned for 2027.
Three Oaks Senior Dining continues to grow as a partnership designed to elevate dining through hospitality, choice, and operational excellence. Across PSL, LifeLoop, ThriveWire, Thrive Wellness, and Montessori-Inspired Living are also strengthening connection, personalization, and well-being.
Looking ahead, PSL’s Executive Leadership Team has gathered to shape 2027 goals and measures around Provider of Choice, Employer of Choice, and Strengthen the Financial Foundation. This work is turning mission-centered priorities into clear, measurable action and helping position PSL for the opportunities ahead.
Every step forward reflects the compassion, talent, and shared purpose of the people who make PSL special. To our residents and villagers, thank you for the energy and wisdom you bring to community life. To our team members, thank you for serving with compassion, professionalism, and purpose.
As we enter the final months of 2026, I remain optimistic about the future and deeply grateful for the privilege of serving alongside you.
With gratitude,

Dan Davis
