PSL offers independent living in three types of community settings: Life Plan Communities, Senior Rental Apartments, and Affordable Senior Housing. Browse the community types below and click on the individual service to learn more.
Living at a Life Plan Community offers you the ability to live a vibrant, independent life while having the peace of mind that care is available should you ever need it. Pursue passions, find new interests, and engage in purposeful living. Life Plan communities allow you to put a plan in place for your life, so you don't move during a crisis or leave life decisions up to someone else.
Senior rental apartments give older adults the freedom from home maintenance. The burden of homeownership is removed. You’ll benefit from an environment where you can connect with others and enjoy pursuing hobbies and other interests. Senior rental apartments include a variety of amenities available to you for one set rate, without a large up-front fee.
We know that many seniors have budgetary limitations. That’s why we provide affordable housing options at our communities in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Ohio. With utilities included in your federally established rent based on area median incomes, you can rest easy with the predictability of current and future cost of living.
