Dear Friends of PSL,
I am reaching out today with exciting news. The vision of Presbyterian Senior Living calls for us to create opportunities to reach more people in a variety of ways. In alignment with our vision, we are pleased to announce the purchase of Benchmark Therapies. By entering the rehabilitation therapy market and diversifying our service offerings, this new partnership will provide additional value to new and existing customers. The pending purchase is anticipated to be completed in mid-late December.
Benchmark Therapies based out of Huntingdon, PA currently services 22 clients in four states including Pennsylvania, Delaware, West Virginia, and Vermont. Presbyterian Senior Living communities will be transitioning to Benchmark Therapies in the first two quarters of 2022.
In order to provide a seamless transition for existing customers and staff, PSL has secured Brock Eppley, current owner of Benchmark Therapies, to remain on as CEO of the therapy company along with its full senior leadership to continue to provide the same high level of service Benchmark customers are used to receiving.
We will share more details in the coming weeks as plans are solidified. In the interim, please join me in extending a warm welcome to Brock Eppley and the Benchmark Therapies team to the PSL family.
