Presbyterian Senior Living Welcomes the President's Club Class of 2026
On October 29, Presbyterian Senior Living welcomed 14 new inductees into its President's Club. This recognition program honors team members who consistently go above and beyond in their roles: demonstrating exceptional dedication, embodying PSL's core values, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Nominated by their supervisors or executive directors, these individuals exemplify excellence in service and commitment.
This year's celebration luncheon was held in a new setting, The Willows at Ashcombe Mansion in Mechanicsburg. The historic venue offered a fitting backdrop for an afternoon dedicated to honoring the people whose everyday care and commitment make a lasting difference for residents and colleagues across PSL.
In his remarks, PSL President and CEO Dan Davis warmly welcomed the team members in attendance, acknowledging the talent, dedication and commitment represented in the room. He spoke about the joy of gathering in person and reminded inductees that the heart of this recognition is the personal connection they make every day.
“Yes, we've got policies, procedures, programs and regulations,” Davis said. “But the things that make you special aren't the things written down in black and white. They're the way you react, the way you respond, the way you take care of individuals.”
He closed by welcoming the new inductees, past members and guests alike: “I hope you can feel the warmth and the magic of what it means to be part of the Presbyterian Senior Living family.”
This year's inductees were recognized for the many ways they make a difference: mentoring new team members, stepping in wherever help is needed, and treating residents, families and coworkers with compassion and respect.
Congratulations to all the new President's Club members!
