You are cordially invited to a Strawberry Festival at The Long Community.

Plan to spend a delightful afternoon enjoying a scrumptious assortment of strawberry creations that are sure to delight your palate! There will also be live music provided by Flipside Big Band and Charles Lee, buffet-style food available for purchase, carnival games and a baking contest which requires advanced sign up. You will also have the opportunity to chat with our team and the people who live at The Long Community and learn how living here has enabled them to remain actively engaged in life and pursue previous as well as new interests – in ways beyond what they could do while maintaining their previous homes.

This event is rain or shine.  In the event of inclement weather, the event will be held indoors in the Brightwood 2000 building.  If the event is outdoors, bringing your own lawn chair/camping chair is encouraged to ensure you have a place to sit to enjoy the music.

Limited tasting wristbands will be available for purchase to take part in the voting at our Strawberry Baking Contest.  They are $2 and benefit the Community Enhancement Fund.

Walk-ins are welcome!
