Emotional & Mental Wellness Resources During COVID-19

COVID Resources  |  Presbyterian Senior Living | Corporate

As we all endure the social isolation that can come as a result of COVID-19 precautionary measures, it is vitally important to remain focused on your emotional and mental wellness. Wholeness of body, mind and spirit are pillars of the PSL mission statement. There's a reason why mind is called out separately- your emotional and mental wellness serves as the compass for everything else. With this dedication in mind, we are proud to present the following resources which have been curated by our team of professionals.

If you are in need of specific mental health assistance, we encourage you to reach out to your community leadership via telephone or by using this form..
